Joshua Tree Recording Studio®  is an internationally recognized destination recording studio offering immersive production experiences in the "Friendly Hills" of Joshua Tree, California. Escape urban distraction and be inspired by the magic that the high desert has to offer. 

Immersive Experiences


Our 1600 square foot facility offers (5) tracking studios. We offer full live band tracking capability as well as a myriad of overdub options. Stay directly on site at our lodging facility or choose one of our lodging partners. We offer daily and weekly rates. 

Premium Sound


Our extensive collection of industry standard equipment features all of the top names in the music business including  Neve, API, Trident, Universal Audio, Manley, Teletronix and more. Additionally, our mic locker includes a vintage Telefunken ELA M 251, vintage Neumann mics and premium ribbon mics.

Joshua Tree Recording Studio is owned and operated by accredited producer / engineer and musician, Tommy Dietrick.
