Having multiple tracking rooms allows for a streamline production experience. Guitars and bass don't bleed into drum mics, vocalists have their own isolated studio and there is always ample space for each member of your group.
Studio A
Main live room & drum studio
Studio A is a highly versatile space which offers distinctive sound shaping capabilities. Studio A offers everything from explosive room sounds to modern dead sounds and everything in between. The natural room sound in here is best described as holographic and airy with a smooth top end and plenty of weight. Our C&C house drum kit (12th and Vine series) is always tuned, mic'd up and ready to record.
Studio B - Acoustic studio
Inspired by legendary producer Jeff Lynne, our acoustic studio creates a warm and vibrant sound thanks to it's all wood design and accompanying room treatments. Bring in your favorite acoustic guitar or use one of our various choices of 6 or 12 strings, nylon, parlor sized and more.
Studio C
Vocal studio
Our vocal mic and preamp collection offers the best of the best. Whether you are a fan of the Telefunken ELA M 251, Sony 800G, vintage Neumann mics or high end ribbon mics, at JTRS you can easily capture the sound that perfectly suits your unique voice.
Studio B - Upright grand piano
Our 1918 De Rivas and Harris studio piano "Gracie" offers full tone and character. You will fall in love with its' authentic real world sound. For those seeking an electric piano, we have a classic 73 Rhodes piano as well.
Amplifier isolation
For the ultimate in sonic bliss, over a dozen amplifiers are always mic'd and ready to record. Choose from new and vintage amps from Fender, Vox, Marshall, Guild, Ampeg, Roland, Gibson and more. Additionally, we have an inventory of studio grade instruments including solid body and hollow body guitars, Fender precision and jazz basses, acoustic guitars, 12 string guitars as well as many boutique and custom shop instruments.
Producer workstation
Our producer workstation offers a series of useful production tools including analog synthesizers, a full weighted 88 key midi controller, laptop station and a scratch vocal mic for working out ideas in real time. This workstation is the perfect way to draw and capture real time inspiration. All lines tie directly into the main system for streamlined workflow.
Control Room
Recording, mixing & mastering suite
All studio rooms feed directly into our control room and utilize our extensive collection of professional analog equipment. Our custom configured analog recording console offers industry standard preamps, compressors and EQ's. On the digital side, we feature the latest Pro Tools based system alongside Universal Audio's commercial series interface, which delivers best in class analog to digital conversion.

All rooms are wired directly into the control room for optimal work flow. For ultimate signal purity, our entire facility is wired with Mogami and Canare professional quad cabling.
Addictive listening experience
At the center of our 3 systems of playback is our ultra premium Adam Audio monitor configuration complete with matching sub harmonic speakers.
