General booking information

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Day rates are 10 hours of studio time.
There is a 5 hour minimum booking ($120 per hour).
Payments accepted via Square, Zelle & Venmo.
On site housing can accommodate 6-8 people.
A 2.5% utility recovery fee is added to all bookings.
Non traditional productions may require a setup fee.
Consecutive date bookings (lockouts) require full day rate booking.
Mixing, re-amping and archival/restoration services available.
Catering: We can arrange daily food drops, fine dining and more.
Local attractions, entertainment and places to dine are just a short drive away.

How much time do I need?

Every artist has a unique set of needs when it comes to calculating how much studio time to schedule. Please consider your personal goals and experience level when deciding how much time you will require. Feel free to message me for a free consultation.

Lodging

You can either choose to stay on site and rent up to 4 rooms at our studio lodging facility or stay off site at one of our lodging partners here in the Friendly Hills. Our on site hospitality coordinator can assist with making your stay with us just right. From nightly BBQ's and campfires to hammocks and stargazing, we've got you covered.

How's the weather?

Joshua Tree is typically 10-12 degrees cooler than low desert areas such as Palm Springs and Indio. Our busiest seasons are Spring and Fall where temperatures are mild and typically range between 70-80 degrees. During the winter, it is not uncommon to see snow as we are located in the southern mountain area of Joshua Tree. The Summer months offer beautiful warm nights which allow for some of the best star gazing of the year.

Payments

We accept payments through Square, Zelle, wire transfer, Venmo as well as online payments via our website. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3.3% process fee. Please note: All deposits and payments are non-refundable. To reach our online payment portal please click here.
